When I was brainstorming what I wanted my journal to service, I sat down to deeply think about what I needed in order to live my life limitlessly... L.I.F.E. Framework, space to embrace potential, motivation, productivity enhancement... & I put it all into one journal.
Living Limitless will equip you with daily journals that follow my 4-step framework leading you directly to success. It truly is the full proof guide live your life to the fullest, limitless.

Your mental health and dreams are worth the discomfort it takes.
If you want to grow, you have to consider where you are starting. Can you help yourself or should you ask someone else to guide you?
“Limiting beliefs are the stories we tell ourselves about who we are that hold us back from becoming who we are meant to be. These beliefs limit us from reaching our full potential. They are often subconscious – we don’t even know that we have them until someone points them out to us.” - Tony Robbins
Journal, use a safe word, listen to podcasts/books, therapy!
This is my favorite part!!!!!
Only move to "I" if you have developed skills for “L”.
The purpose of this exercise is to explore your mind & think of your wildest dreams even if they don't make sense. Let go and have fun!
When you are done (for now), hang it in the bathroom where you will see it every day. Make it the background to your phone. Put it obnoxiously in your face.
Your mental health and dreams are worth the discomfort it takes.
NOW - things you want to get started on today & achieve in less than 90 days. These goals are things you need to get done asap - top priority.
SOON - things you want to do soon(ish) but not right now. These goals are things you want to do after your top priority goals are achieved, but they can definitely wait.
LATER - things you want to do but not pursue for a couple months/years.
In order to achieve what is on your dream board, you have to create a roadmap to success AKA specific SMART goals: Specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, timebound.
The “why” of what you plan to do with your goals will anchor you to continue when you hit bumps on your path to earning success.
Earning success is arguably the most important, but most neglected, difference between achievers & those jealous of achievers.
You should have done this in your "F" step - make it abundantly clear that you have laid out all the details.
You have to make it ridiculously easy for yourself to win. By doing this, you will lean into your WHY instead of falling back into your limitations.
You are here to learn and grow, that is the best part of pursuing success. Mel Robbins defines confidence as an action: "the willingness to try"... I hope you practice this as you try & try again.
